    Song of the day:
Velvet Chain - Walk On Water

    Quote Of The Day:
When we contemplate the whole globe as one great dewdrop, striped and dotted with continents and islands, flying through space with other stars all singing and shining together as one, the whole universe appears as an infinite storm of beauty. (John Muir, 'Travels in Alaska')

    Song of the day:
Dashboard Confessional - Am I Missing

    Song of the day:
Die Ärzte - Der Graf (unplugged)

Here's another german song. It's kind of sad, it's about count Dracula and his struggle to find his place in the modern world and in the end he decides to go into the sun to kill himself.

    Quote Of The Day:
Immortality: a fate worse than death. (Edgar A. Shoaff)

    Song of the day:
    Defiance, Ohio - Petty Problems

Defiance, Ohio, you gotta love a band that plays acoustic country-punk.
I really like this song cause it sort of brings me back to reality when I'm pissed off. It's important to put everything in perspective and realize how good and comfortable our life in an industrial country actually is ! And on a more subtle level how completely stupid a war is but no one cares about it cause we rather indulge ourselves in the commodity wonderland.

    Quote Of The Day:
Poverty is the parent of revolution and crime. (Aristoteles)

Candy Butchers - Bruises And Beautymarks

    Quote Of The Day:
When war becomes literally continuous, it also ceases to be dangerous. When war is continuous there is no such thing as military necessity. Technical progress can cease and the most palpable facts can be denied or disregarded. (George Orwell, '1984')

    I. have. no. words.

    Song of the day:
    Silversun Pickups - Kissing Families

    Quote Of The Day:
They all work really hard everyday and they're dissatisfied. I mean, I can be dissatisfied without hardly working at all. (Wonderfalls)

    Song of the day:
Coheed & Cambria - The Lying Lies & Dirty Little Secrets Of Miss Erica Court

    Quote Of The Day:
I guess killing pretty people is easier than killing ugly people. Although, you'd think the opposite would be true. ('Wonderfalls')
